Welcome to my commissions page! I provide several types of commissions ranging from sketches to character sheets with several add-ons to choose from. I am also available for other types of work and commercial work. I only do commissions through VGen or e-mail, anywhere else is a scam!

Character Sheets
Starts at $250
A character sheet of a single character. Includes a full body view of the front, back, and one portrait at any angle all in full color (no shading) with a simple background design (plain text, solid colors or gradient backgrounds, patterns, textures, etc).
Done on a 4000 x 2500px @ 300dpi canvas by default. Comes with a free PNG of the front full-body view, perfect for OC profiles.

GENERAL SUMMARY
This is only a general summary of what to expect, please read my full terms below before commissioning me.
I will draw anything (furry, lgbt, ocs, fanart, etc) except stuff I don’t fancy. Don’t be afraid to ask! Artistic nudity and some sensitive topics are allowed, but I don’t do NSFW (porn) work under this name. You can always ask for further clarification.
You must be 18 years old or older to commission me. Comissions are done through VGen or e-mail only, no other form of communication will be accepted. Commissions on average take 1-6 weeks to complete depending on US holidays, workload, and your responses to my WIPs. I will always notify you if there will be a significant delay. Revisions, upgrades and adjustments are accepted at any time unless you’ve chosen Skeb-Style, but I will fix any mistakes.
Pricing is in USD. Payment is processed through VGen or Paypal invoices, and is expected within 30 days or your slot will be forfeited. The pricing provided is for personal use only, for-profit (commercial) work is subject to higher rates and requires a budget. Refunds are only accepted before the work is fully completed.
I am not available for volunteer (unpaid) work at this time.
FORM
After reviewing the terms, fill out the form on VGen or send an e-mail to valmoxium@gmail.com with subject title “Commission Inquiry” and the following information:
- Your name/username + pronouns (optional)
- Your paypal email (if different than your email)
- Whether it is for personal or commercial use
- Your budget, if commercial or non-standard
- Quick summary (e.g. Skeb-Style waist-up illustration w/ simple shading + fully detailed BG)
- A detailed summary of your commission (pose, traits, multiple characters, etc.)
- Visual references (attachments OK) **REQUIRED**
- Whether it is public or private
- A deadline, if needed, and whether it’s flexible or set
- Your Ko-Fi membership username (if subscribed to my Ko-Fi and want the discount)
- Providing the final requirement in my terms
Terms
Required Information
Everything listed in the provided form on my website or on VGen is required unless otherwise noted.
Visual references are REQUIRED for your commission. It doesn’t have to be already-existing art of your character; it can be several images that best convey what your character feels and looks like such as mood boards, characters from other media, photos of clothing, jewelry, weapons, etc.
Commissions without any references will be charged a 60% fee to account for gathering references and additional research.
A readily available script is REQUIRED for comic inquiries. Any writing style is accepted, but it must have coherent dialogue and direction.
Allowed/Forbidden Subjects
I will draw just about anything from OCs, shipping/romance, furries/anthros, fanart, to artistic nudity, violence and mild gore. I rarely say no to fanart even if I’m not familiar with the media, but I may refuse to draw fanart for certain works if I’m uncomfortable with certain aspects of it. I am, however, willing to draw works that include certain sensitive topics as long as it will be depicted in a respectful manner. You can always ask if something was not specified without receiving any judgment.
While I don’t outright publish pornographic works under this name, I am willing to draw works that include NSFW dialogue, mentions of sexual content, dark humor, and other certain jokes or gags. You can e-mail me if you have any further questions about this topic.
I will not draw any promotion of bigoted content, any glorification of minors in adult relationships or other related situations that exploit minors for gratification. This is just my personal preference, so please respect that.
Availability/Response Time
I am available for commissions through VGen or via e-mail when they are listed as open, however, I am available for commercial work even if commissions are listed as closed. Any other form of communication is not accepted, and if you find me offering commissions anywhere else it may be someone impersonating me (please inform me if you see it). If my commissions are closed, you can always ask me when they will re-open.
I am not available for volunteer (unpaid) work at this time.
Please allow 1-3 business days for a response. If I haven’t responded in over a week you can always message me again.
Correspondence
All correspondence will be done through VGen or our original e-mail thread. Please do not message me about your commission’s status anywhere else except VGen or through e-mail if I haven’t responded to you after one week. All communication between us will remain confidential unless it warrants informing others about any inappropriate behavior.
Specifics
By default, my works are usually done on a blank grey canvas with grayscale coloring. You can ask for just sketch lines or lineart (except for character sheets) for no extra charge.
Besides character sheets, my works are usually done on an A4 sized canvas at 300 dpi by default; you can request a US-Letter sized canvas instead for no extra charge. You can also request a larger canvas of any commission type for a fee; smaller canvas sizes or resolutions will not be charged extra, but will also not reduce the cost since I’m still providing the same amount of labor.

Add-ons are calculated sequentially. Percentage-based costs for extra add-ons, fees and discounts will be calculated based on the order they’re provided in.
To receive the Ko-Fi Member discount, you must be subscribed to my Ko-Fi and provide me your username in the form.
Payments
For e-mail based commissions, payment is done through Paypal via invoices only. You will be sent an invoice to pay in full within 30 days or it will be cancelled and your slot forfeited. Payment for the agreed upon work is expected upfront, but you can upgrade your commission with any add-ons at any time, which will be billed separately. They must also be paid within 30 days before the requested additional work will be done.
For VGen commissions, payment will be done through what options they provide, and you will have 30 days to pay in full or it will be auto-denied. You can also upgrade your commission with any add-ons at any stage of the commission, but you will only have 24 hours to pay at the time of your request if you requested it after the invoice has been fully paid. This is VGen’s rule, not mine, sorry.
Due to abuse, I only accept partial payment plans of 50% upfront, 50% later if the commission total exceeds $300. Everything else must be paid in full before any work will be done. Repeat customers may receive some leniency, however.
Process
My commissions are not first-come, first-served; they are done in the order of which payment has been received. I prefer to discuss all details first to make sure I have a full scope of your request before payment has been settled upon.
I will send you several stages of the art (WIPs) in this order:
- 2-4 preliminary sketches for you to choose from. Any extra sketches will cost extra.
- A refined sketch with rough shading (if shading was requested)
- The background (if requested)
- Inks (if an illustration)
- Colors with any requested shading
- Any finishing touches
If there is a significant delay in my response, you can request a WIP of the art’s current progress. I will usually notify you first if something is preventing me from finishing your commission.
Skeb-Style commissions, however, will not receive any WIPs, only the finished art. This is for those who don’t need further communication beyond checking in on me and entrust me with my artistic ability.
Revisions
You can request revisions at any stage of the commission.
Small revisions are generally free, but bigger, more complex revisions, or multiple revisions will be charged extra. Please don’t be afraid to ask, though! I want to make sure I’m drawing your request as accurately as possible and wouldn’t want to disappoint you.
If you want to “upgrade” your commission by requesting add-ons after it has been completed, this is still considered a revision but you will only be charged the costs listed in my pricing, if personal work. Any other significant revisions requested after the work is completed and finalized may incur an additional fee.
If you select Skeb-Style for your commission, however, you will not be able to request any revisions or any additional add-ons unless there were any mistakes. Only select this option if you are willing to accept the risk of receiving something that may not meet up to your full expectations.
Refunds
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR COMPLETED PROJECTS. If you don’t like where it’s going before it’s done, let me know ahead of time! I will refund you based on a percentage of the amount of work that has been done, with provided proof if necessary.
Deadlines and Delivery
You may request a deadline at the start of your commission for no extra charge, but rush orders will be charged an extra fee.
On average, it will take 1-6 weeks to complete your commission depending on US holidays, workload, and your response time for evaluations. Skeb-Style commissions may have a shorter completion time, but is not always guaranteed due to a possible heavy workload. Please see my queue to know what position you’re in on the list. I will always inform you if there are any delays so if I haven’t responded in a while, you can always DM me on VGen or e-mail me.
Your completed commission will be sent as an un-watermarked JPG through e-mail, but you can request TIFF or PNG formats for no extra charge. I do not provide the original raw CSP files for personal use works.
Rights/Use
Commissions are public by default. They will be shared online, which may include the WIPs, in a smaller resolution throughout my social media. Some may be published on my Ko-Fi for early access.
Private commissions will incur a 50% privacy fee (NDA) since it prevents me from expanding my public portfolio and receiving possible future work.
For all personal commissions, I retain the rights to the image but not the characters (unless they are, somehow, my own). You are free to use the artwork however you see fit as long as it’s not sold or has credit removed, and you are also allowed to post the original un-watermarked artwork without my permission.
If you want to sell the work on t-shirts, stickers, charms, prints, CDs, as part of a for-profit game, etc. this is considered commercial work. Please see Commercial Work for further details.
Commercial Work
I am available for commercial work even if my commissions are listed as closed.
Commercial work, aka for-profit work, includes advertisements, promotional material, for-profit games (including ones with a Pay-What-You-Want model), physical and/or digital merchandise, and so on, where you also purchased the rights to the work and don’t need to provide credit.
Commercial inquiries require a budget; no budget, no response. Commercial works are decided upon a case-by-case basis and are subject to higher rates.
Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork for Generative AI, non-fungible tokens (NFTs), cryptocurrency, or any other form of blockchain-based technology. Use of the artwork for advertising or profits associated with Generative AI, NFTs or blockchain technology is strictly prohibited.
To make sure you have read my full terms, the final requirement is to provide an image of your favorite guinea pig or Molcar. Failure to do so means you have not read my full terms, and I will inform you to read my full terms before I will further respond to your inquiry.
